Seemed to work perfectly for a little over a month, then this morning, it caught on fire! Luckily, my wife was at home and doused the flames, saved the battery, but it could have been major trouble if she wasn't there. Amazon.com customer service was awesome and refunded me the entire amount of money, even thought the refund expiration time coincidentally expired yesterday! Has anybody else had a problem with this charger?

i needed a charger of this size. the one i had didn't fit the location i wanted to put it in.

After my wife left the charger to our DSLR on our honeymoon, I went on an amazon seaerch for one. After I reveived this, I couldn't help to notice that it was very cheap plastic feeling, nothing like the originla sony one. However it works and charges the battery just fine. Its much smaller than the original charger as well, since there is no long wire.
